SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–10 business days to Ireland and the United Kingdom.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders over €40 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under €40 carry a flat fee of €6.00.

We currently ship to Ireland and the United Kingdom. If you're outside these regions, contact us at hello@luciavelle.com and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier volume, particularly around public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of your dispatch notification, contact us and we'll investigate straight away.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including customs clearance or courier disruptions. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect or cancel it.
